A bit about us
Noble Design and Build is a development company based in the West Midlands who provide high standard and high quality accommodation and luxury living in and around the UK. With exceptional knowledge and key focuses being on key growth areas of the UK including Manchester, Birmingham, Chester, Luton and Sheffield.
For the first 10 years of business up until 2011 we, at Noble Design and Build focussed on developing and renovating property for third parties and since 2011 have been designing, building and managing our own projects and developments. Developments ranging from individual family homes to large city centre accommodation blocks of up to 1000 flats and private gated communities of housing and apartments as well as a mixture of commercial properties.
Noble Design and Build assemble appropriate teams of expertise to carry out the build itself and work alongside some of the leading companies within the industry. We have our own build teams and subcontracted regular teams for groundwork, construction, first and second fixes and renovation. The aim being to build and run our projects as eco friendly as possible. Using renewable products and running our building on eco friendly biomass systems and other eco friendly green methods. Our average project runs on 80% renewable energy; examples of these green methods used in the builds include rainwater harvesting systems, full biomass heating systems and A+ grade recycled wood pellets. Whilst the industry standard is set at a minimum of 10% renewable energy!
Recent projects in the last 4 years: The Hub – Sheffield (80 apartments – September 2017 ) London Court – Sheffield (90 apartments – April 2015), St Marys House – Sheffield, (101 apartments – September 2015), Printworks (162 apartments – August 2016), Kelham Works (56 apartments – September 2017), The Woodlands – Chesterfield (Private gated community containing 15 apartments and 15 houses – Completing April 2019), Sheffield Central – Sheffield (169 Apartments – Completing Q4 2019) and many many more.
From 2011 designing and building the developments also became in house management of the completed developments. Noble Design and Build opened it’s sister company, Noble City Living, which provides Noble Design and Build with a seamless service for the lettings and management. Noble City Living efficiently lets and manages all of Noble Deisgn and Builds unit and maintain a 99.5% – 100% annual occupancy rate. Within the management package includes the continuous management of the amenities within the developments including the onsite gymnasiums, cinema rooms, laundry rooms, games rooms and retail spaces.
The greatest pride is continuing to provide the high quality and high specification accommodation whether it be city apartments or family homes. Interior designs are certainly no exception with a superb specification and an intricate attention to detail on all developments. Included in this magnificent interior designs include high spec fixtures and fittings and the use of only top of the range products and appliances allowing the modern look to be indulged.
